"Loving the new Ascent but wouldn’t have chosen this one" We stopped in to test drive some Ascents and possibly buy. We met with Sergio at the front door where he took us to see 3 2019 Ascents that were the originals on the lot. He said there was nothing wrong with them that they just hadn’t been sold yet and that they were at a discount. We took one out for a drive and that was kind of it. "A better experience" We had been to this particular dealership before and did not have a good experience. We waited quite awhile and gave it another try and after working with Andrew, we had a great experience and we would recommend him to family/friends.

"Jeremy is the BEST!" So I went to a different dealership in NM to get a Subaru Crosstrek because I figured smaller towns would take better care of car buyers but that is not the treatment I received. "Love Subaru " We were thinking of upsizing the outback to a 4x4 but decided to see the Ascent WoW was I impressed panoramic moonroof and twin turbos sold me Joanna thoroughly filled us in on all the features including the 5k towing package I told her to wrap it up this is what we wanted 😎 Thanks Joanna for all exceptional help Groove has always been our dealership of choice thank you From Bill Ray

"Regret giving them my business." I purchased a car here because they had the exact used vehicle I was looking for. Everything people hate about car dealerships I experienced. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication between the employees and lack of customer education and customer service. Jameson in particular used some sales technique to create a false sense of intamacy (sleazy) but this did not make up for his lack of professionalism. "At least my new car is safer than my old car (I think)" Overall I try not to think about my car buying experience. I feel as though the knowledge of my salesman was poor. He was unable to tell me the difference between 2018 and 2019 models. "Groove Used My Car for Personal Errands & Did Not Fix Issue" TLDR: Groove didn’t finish fixing my car on time for a trip despite assurances that they would, after additional time they still didn’t fix the issue, and after reviewing dashcam footage I find out the mechanics used my vehicle for personal errands. "Purchasing my first Subaru" I have been a Toyota guy all my life. I was surprised at the value and quality of Subaru so we didn't hesitate to invest in our new Subaru! We are excited about our new Outback with Eyesight and Starlink. Safety for our passengers (grandchildren, in particular) was a very important consideration in purchasing a new car. We are confident that our new Outback will fit the bill perfectly!
