"THE WORST"!!!! It is hard to imagine that with the level of unprofessionalism, this company is still allowed to conduct business in Palm Beach County! We are in a 55+ community and are consistently being abused and tormented by this company! They answer no questions, solve no problems and blame everyone but themselves for their unacceptable incompetence!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
I've read every single one star review on the board for reviews. Every single review was absolutely on spot. I would give them less than one star rating, but obviously you cannot. This company is the worst. We've been here for approximately six weeks and nobody has come to our rescue with anything. The absolute worst. If you're looking to hire a property management company STAY AWAY from GRS. The most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I don't trust them at all. Too many things to complain about. Just stay away!!!
Horrible company. The property manager for Palm Beach Place condos does not return calls ignores everything. He's not even licensed. This whole company isn't licensed. There security guard are racist and like to intimidate children and scare them and tell them they aren't allowed to play outside. Security guard told me people are not allowed out at night and there is a curfew in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is loud and the people that live there are horrible and inconsiderate
Why do you represent a community that pays you to respond to them in a timely manner and not respond at all to any emails or phone calls? Absolutely ridiculous! Do not recommend! 0 STARS
If you are buying a house the is manage by this company. Run away , they are the absolute worst.
It took them 6 months to get my deposit back. I would never want to do business with these people.

What can I say? I deal with many associations and I must say the manager Williams from the Crossings in Boynton Beach is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with any and all questions regarding the condo the association, the government docs and the bylaws What an asset to the community and wonderful communication Fantastic
