Since being with GRS in less than year we are on our 4th property manager. this was all by GRS. the current manager who I won't name, doesn't return phone calls and your lucky if he answers an email. I know that one of the board members has the same problem with the regional. Several residents called about the same problem and it took too long for response.
The most unresponsive, caviler attitude I've ever seen in a Management Company. Employees are rude, secretive and condescending. since servicing our community for 6 months our board has made two very questionable approvals that should have never been approved. When questioning our GRS Rep she said too bad, we (The Board) made a mistake, Their mistake but the development pays the price for incompetence, it's been approved. Thank you to those who had bad experiences with GRS Community Mgt (looks like 90%) Can you make recommendations of other Property Mgt firms that are good? this management is terrible. they don't respond to you calls or emails. I was blocked by them, but after going to my board meeting realized that I am not the only one they have blocked.
By far the worst management company I have ever been involved with there is no follow through there is no accountability they change managers and their property managers that are supervised by their other managers do not know what is going on have no clue what to do to make corrections in the communities stay away from this company at all cost and do not use GRS management for any of services.
Have a very bad first impression of GRS after 3 attempted phone calls. The phone agent was condescending and rude. I asked if I could take a survey after the call and he said Yes, then hung up on me. Wish my HOA had another company as don't look forward to dealing with GRS again.
Be very careful if your community is interested in using this company to manage their property. Our community changed management companies and GRS will not cooperate with the turnover. Also the owner Kevin Queen blocks incoming emails so you have no way of contacting him.
I recommend this company because of the good customer service they give to the homeowners. This is the first time in 14 years that I feel someone is listening and caring about me as a homeowner. There are not enough words that can express my gratitude and appreciation about the professionalism, knowledge and great attitude that Joshua Manges have with the residents. Stay from this company to manage your community. They take way too long to remedy issues and treat the residents and any valid issues they report like the resident is the problem. The property manager is mean and could care less about discussing issues that are caused by his/their inaction of duty.
