If you are buying a house the is manage by this company. Run away , they are the absolute worst.

incredibly rude customer service by Farhana, would never have her representing my company ever, never met a more rude person who is supposed to represent a company in my life.

What can I say? I deal with many associations and I must say the manager Williams from the Crossings in Boynton Beach is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with any and all questions regarding the condo the association, the government docs and the bylaws What an asset to the community and wonderful communication Fantastic

Since being with GRS in less than year we are on our 4th property manager. this was all by GRS. the current manager who I won't name, doesn't return phone calls and your lucky if he answers an email. I know that one of the board members has the same problem with the regional. Several residents called about the same problem and it took too long for response.

The most unresponsive, caviler attitude I've ever seen in a Management Company. Employees are rude, secretive and condescending. since servicing our community for 6 months our board has made two very questionable approvals that should have never been approved. When questioning our GRS Rep she said too bad, we (The Board) made a mistake, Their mistake but the development pays the price for incompetence, it's been approved. She has made our board as non visible as possible, it's like everything is a secret. Now I'm questioning... read more

Thank you to those who had bad experiences with GRS Community Mgt (looks like 90%) Can you make recommendations of other Property Mgt firms that are good? We were going with GRS until someone recommended we review Yelp... Thank you to all who took the time to expose GRS we will no longer consider them...

this management is terrible. they don't respond to you calls or emails. I was blocked by them, but after going to my board meeting realized that I am not the only one they have blocked.

By far the worst management company I have ever been involved with there is no follow through there is no accountability they change managers and their property managers that are supervised by their other managers do not know what is going on have no clue what to do to make corrections in the communities stay away from this company at all cost and do not use GRS management for any of services.
