GRS just got hired in my community. Lisa Hoffman is designated as customer service person. She never gives straight answers to my questions. I never received an answer to my question I sent almost 2 weeks ago. Every time I receive an email from Ms. Hoffman she always says " I WASTE her time" with my questions. I have lived in 3 different communities where they are the management company. They charge for services and nothing happens, they tell you increases in fees are for trees, or paving, but nothing happens. When you ask for information, if you're lucky to get them to respond they are rude and treat the homeowner like a nuisance.
My community is removing the old trees and planting new palm trees.. Now that the trees are finished I have some questions for Leslie Distefano. the person that I am told represents our association. I sent Leslie an email & called her office and sent her a text on her cell on 3/11/2021 Leslie responded back to my text that "she was on the road and would be in touch later" today is 3/17/2021 and I have yet to hear from Leslie Distefano (very unprofessional)
horrible company, awful workers, charged $450 for a 2 page questionaire regarding my condominium that they manage and quite poorly, i must admit!!
The worst management company twice Ihad a problem in my community and my property manager has yet to respond to my email and when I called her reference to situation where my car was towed she said its not an emergency and hung up .....Buyers beware if the management is GRS run
Terrible communication, can not provide documentation or proof when provided. Ignores request. vendors damage property and spent years trying to get issues resolved
The management company is unresponsive. I had to call many times along with numerous e-mails to try to get a response. They don't take care of what is their responsibility. Terrible service.
For a company that is supposed to serve the community it does the complete opposite. Took a month and a half to get a lease approved after numerous phone calls resulted in our agent going into the office personally to get resolved 3 days before our move in. Paperwork filled out for gate never sent to the gate company. After multiple phone calls 4 days later they never sent the paper work for the gate. Never had the experience that someone was paid to do something that not only didn't do it but lied about it getting done.
The customer service at GRS Management is the worst of the worst. They do not return phone calls, do not respond to emails, and give out false information. They do not send out statements and also penalize visitors and guests by slapping parking violations on their cars at 3 in the morning. You have to go to their office to "register a guest". Why have guest parking then??????? I can't wait to move because of them, always one thing after another annoying issue. One of the units near me is for sale and I will consider it ... read more
