The GRS team started in our community about 1 year ago. They have great individuals working for them. Carmen oversees the mgmt of our community. She is friendly and professional. She takes the time to pay attention to details. Walter was our property manager initially. We were so thankful of his experiemce and knowledge in the industry. He treated homeowners with respect qhile quickly resolving issues... It's truly shocking that our GRS representative can speak to people in the rude, curt, demeaning, bullying manor he does. I'm shocked at his email responses which are equally curt & often misinformed as well as incomplete. They used to be the cheapest But now that's not even true I would 100% look somewhere else and try anywhere else before this company

I live in The Shores in Boca Raton and we have had GRS for years. They are the worst company I have ever seen and our community barely looks like it is managed at all. The majority of the homes have appearance violations but since they have no way to track them nothing ever changes. They overbilled us, have rampant accounting mistakes and they put manager with no experience at our community.

They are profoundly useless, and they will ignore verifiable evidence of terrible things that happen in the communities. From the "Community Manager" to the "Regional Director" there is a massive level of incompetence. The staff are inept at doing basic tasks, and that affects the residents.

GRS just got hired in my community. Lisa Hoffman is designated as customer service person. She never gives straight answers to my questions. I never received an answer to my question I sent almost 2 weeks ago. Every time I receive an email from Ms. Hoffman she always says " I WASTE her time" with my questions. What an attitude and how unprofessional ? As the homeowner who pays maintenance on time, I deserve to get the same customer service as other owners for whatever reason I need that assistance. I have lived in 3 different communities where they are the management company. They charge for services and nothing happens, they tell you increases in fees are for trees, or paving, but nothing happens. When you ask for information, if you're lucky to get them to respond they are rude and treat the homeowner like a nuisance.

My community is removing the old trees and planting new palm trees.. Now that the trees are finished I have some questions for Leslie Distefano. the person that I am told represents our association. I sent Leslie an email & called her office and sent her a text on her cell on 3/11/2021 Leslie responded back to my text that "she was on the road and would be in touch later" today is 3/17/2021 and I have yet to hear from Leslie Distefano (very unprofessional)

horrible company, awful workers, charged $450 for a 2 page questionaire regarding my condominium that they manage and quite poorly, i must admit!!

The worst management company twice Ihad a problem in my community and my property manager has yet to respond to my email and when I called her reference to situation where my car was towed she said its not an emergency and hung up .....Buyers beware if the management is GRS run
