this is the most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with. you have to email or call numerous times before they even respond and they're completely unfair with what they do , it's all about them versus the homeowners and the homeowners always seem to lose. This should be a negative star.
Leslie (manager of Regency Surf & Racquet) either has too big a workload or is incompetent. I have a long list of complaints ... Wrong accounting (and then had the cheek to "let me off the late fee just this one time!") No return on EMERGENCY CALL 2 years later! Does not respond to required Approval requests Sends vital information to property address and NOT my residential address Very slow to return calls/emails It makes me so mad I have to pay for such crap service!
Based on the other reviews, not sure why I would think this company was ethical. I moved out and requested my security deposit for the general area. Crickets! After multiple emails, phone calls, just nothing. The security deposit for the general area was $1500 which is ridiculous to begin with. They hold a lot of money for the entire property!
I own numerous properties in Florida. This is the worst company i have ever experienced. I'm selling property buyer submitted paper work to them a month ago. I was suppose to close today It didn't happen because Darren Haft, the property manager, has not done hid job. we need Certificate of Approval from him. for past week we emailed text and called numerous times and he still hasn't replied. The accounting department needs to get calculators. They also cashed a VOIDED check......too anxious to get money that is not theirs.
The GRS team started in our community about 1 year ago. They have great individuals working for them. Carmen oversees the mgmt of our community. She is friendly and professional. She takes the time to pay attention to details. Walter was our property manager initially. We were so thankful of his experiemce and knowledge in the industry. It's truly shocking that our GRS representative can speak to people in the rude, curt, demeaning, bullying manor he does. I'm shocked at his email responses which are equally curt & often misinformed as well as incomplete. They used to be the cheapest But now that's not even true I would 100% look somewhere else and try anywhere else before this company
I live in The Shores in Boca Raton and we have had GRS for years. They are the worst company I have ever seen and our community barely looks like it is managed at all. The majority of the homes have appearance violations but since they have no way to track them nothing ever changes. They overbilled us, have rampant accounting mistakes and they put manager with no experience at our community.
They are profoundly useless, and they will ignore verifiable evidence of terrible things that happen in the communities. From the "Community Manager" to the "Regional Director" there is a massive level of incompetence. The staff are inept at doing basic tasks, and that affects the residents.
