This is the worst management company I've ever had the displeasure of working with! Not only do they not answer calls, don't return calls or send out coupon books so you can pay your HOA payments but they bill you a late fee for not sending it in after contacting them and requesting a coupon book! They could care less about the communities they "manage" and I use the term loosely. If you are thinking about hiring a management company I would think twice about this one!
My experiences with GRS Management in regards to the Condos at Monteverde they have been unprofessional and uncaring. A company that is supposed to service its residents and make sure they have a healthy safe place to live actually do not care about their residents. When issues were brought to their attention and the documentation to support that it is GRS's responsibility to take care of it instead of helping a resident in need they sent the police to my unit to try to keep things quiet. They're very annoying. Worst is your neighbors that cry and complain about nothing and GRS just send you letters and don't even look and see if it's a legitimate complaint and they do not keep up with their paper work and never know what's going on. Terrible I wish we could shut them down
Unbelievable! I don't know if the people they hire are uneducated but they definitely are unprofessional. I just received an email from my point of contact and she said that she was on vacation and she's so busy since her work doesn't get done when she's not there! Yes...she put that in an email. I would give them a negative star also.
Sold my property in Boyton Beach two months ago, which is managed by GRS. The title company send them the new deed 4 days after. However they still charge me the POA fees for 2 months. I went to their office personally to solve this issue. One week later I called the property manager for status. Her sound feels like she never heard about it. There is NO management for this company. I wish we can give them a negative star. This company has NO customer service what so ever. They are rude, no sense of urgency, slow, do not answer emails OR phone calls back. Do not listen to issues nor do they take care of them in a timely manor. I am writing this review because i hope that someone in the higher ranks will eventually see and realize and make a change.
