I have lived in my community for the past 8 years. Since GRS took over, things have quickly deteriorated on their clock. My community's property manager Alysia is the absolute most unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful encounter I have had yet. She is impossible to get a hold of, whether it is in the office, over the phone, or through email. They focus on the pettiest of items to repair within the community, instead of focusing on quality of life and safety conditions.
The property they "manage" where I live is unacceptable! We have a pool that has been unswimmable for 3 years now, along with an unplayable tennis court and a parking lot that looks like a bomb went off! Not to mention the aroma of pot that fills the air constantly and the security that fails to report it. Letters, pictures sent to the office go responded and even the law firm that representing them fail to help! Yet your expected to pay that overpriced HOA. Simply put.... Horrible
GRS appears to be a property management company however we use them and it appears now that we don't have on site help to address hot issues nor do we have an agreement to have an associate onsite at least a few times a month. They have a community website with a work order system but depending upon how responsive your HOA is will determine if items get completed in a timely manner. The worst. It's almost impossible to get them to return an email or a phone call and when they do, they're rude. They try to blame the homeowner first before looking into any possibility that there is an issue with the building. They are as unprofessional as can be.
I had to resolve a problem directly because of lack of action on my representatives side. And my emails are only answered once a week. I was told that I could only send a certain amount of emails per day. And it's very hard to get in touch with my rep. This is the first time in my life I've heard something like that from a company that specializes in customer service.

This is the worst HOA I have every lived in. If you see their name pop up on a property you are looking at dont purchase it. They dont return calls or email everytime you have a question you need answered but they have no problem inforcing their rules. So even if your question is about an issues regrading the rules there are inforcing it doesnt matter. Worst of the worst! Want your monies stolen or property not maintained properly - pick GRS! They don't enforce HOA policies just play games and pretend they know what they're doing.
This is probably the company with the worst customer service in South Florida, or at the very least, the worst that I have had to deal with. Every other month, I have to email, call on the phone, and even sometimes go personally to their office just to solve messes they create!!
