Awful customer service and never any help with any issues. They don't call you back, they don't help answer questions and the staff doesn't want to be bothered with anything. Services are mediocre at best keeping up with properties...expect more from them. Every time something comes up, "it's the responsibility of the homeowner" hate Hoa's - never again!

I had to resolve a problem directly because of lack of action on my representatives side. And my emails are only answered once a week. I was told that I could only send a certain amount of emails per day. And it's very hard to get in touch with my rep. This is the first time in my life I've heard something like that from a company that specializes in customer service.

EDIT: IF YOU ACTUALLY ANSWERED MY EMAIL AS QUICK AS YOU COMMENTED ON THIS REVIEW, YOU MIGHT ACTUALLY HAVE A CHANCE. ***READ THESE REVIEWS, HORRIBLE Horrible customer service. I was a resident and moved out because of lack of enforcement of rules for certain residents. I've called (about my refundable deposit to the HOA) several times, left messages, written a letter with no response. This is the worst HOA I have every lived in. If you see their name pop up on a property you are looking at dont purchase it. They dont return calls or email everytime you have a question you need answered but they have no problem inforcing their rules. So even if your question is about an issues regrading the rules there are inforcing it doesnt matter. They expect you to take a day off of work to chase down the property manager of your property to get what you need resolved and if you file a compliant about something all the... read more

Worst of the worst! Want your monies stolen or property not maintained properly - pick GRS! They don't enforce HOA policies just play games and pretend they know what they're doing.

This is probably the company with the worst customer service in South Florida, or at the very least, the worst that I have had to deal with. Every other month, I have to email, call on the phone, and even sometimes go personally to their office just to solve messes they create!! If you are lucky, they will respond your emails or return your class two or three days after to reach them, and even then, they act as it is all your fault and you are just bothering and annoying them. Omg unbelievable try and get them to call you back is one thing, but trying to get them to do something is like pulling teeth. I just don't understand the problem they have no trouble taking my money every month so why cant things get done. What ever happened to the golden rule you pay for a service and you get a service not here at GRS

I am trying to solve an overpayment since February 3, 2017. My account was charged three times for the one time payment ACH that I have authorized. I have to provide the accounts receivable with three months bank statements. I waited one week for account receivable to contact me and see if they found the mistake. I left three messages. Tomorrow I will go to their office. Never dealt with such incompetent and unprofessional personnel. I sure hope the business owner reads this review.

I have been a tenet since early March. I was approved and screened through this company, but I have yet to receive my parking decal, as the process is nearly impossible for someone who works a full-time job. I also asked about handicapped accommodations as I am disabled and was told (weeks later, if I may add) that I have my driveway for that reason.
