Terrible communication, can not provide documentation or proof when provided. Ignores request. vendors damage property and spent years trying to get issues resolved
The management company is unresponsive. I had to call many times along with numerous e-mails to try to get a response. They don't take care of what is their responsibility. Terrible service.
For a company that is supposed to serve the community it does the complete opposite. Took a month and a half to get a lease approved after numerous phone calls resulted in our agent going into the office personally to get resolved 3 days before our move in. Paperwork filled out for gate never sent to the gate company. After multiple phone calls 4 days later they never sent the paper work for the gate. Never had the experience that someone was paid to do something that not only didn't do it but lied about it getting done.
The customer service at GRS Management is the worst of the worst. They do not return phone calls, do not respond to emails, and give out false information. They do not send out statements and also penalize visitors and guests by slapping parking violations on their cars at 3 in the morning. You have to go to their office to "register a guest". This company did not answer my questions as I stated in a previous review. They responded on here that they did, but they have not addressed the issues and/or answered my questions that I have repeatedly asked multiple GRS associates. I am extremely dissatisfied with the practices of this company.
They do not return phone calls, correspond or emails. When request for service repairs, they do not answer and repairs are not started/completed. Complaint has been filed with the BBB.
One star is too much for these folks. Once you deal with them, you'll know why. I guess they don't care that much, since they have you as a captive audience. Disrespectful.
I could not agree more, we made the mistake of building in Veranda Gardens, Port St Lucie, thinking we were getting a Di Vosta Home, sadly Pulte builds the home, VERY poor quality , can't count all the mistakes!
