GCVS is always responsive, caring, and informative to our pets care. We appreciate the time they take with our pet and us. The time they take to get to know our dog and the time with us to make sure we are informed and understand everything they have shared with us.
The doctor and staff did a phenomenal job keeping me up to date about what was going on during our visit. The entire staff was kind in a scary situation.
Dr. Allen and the team at Gulf Coast are wonderful. Our sweet pup had to undergo back to back ACL surgeries and they couldn't have been more kind to us or our girl. I really appreciate the time given to us before and after the surgery. It was super helpful to view her xrays and hear a detailed account of the procedure and what to except in the short & long term.
Wanted to confirm my pets problem that my local vet had found, they agreed with my vet I use them as a 2nd opinion as to cause and cure of my pets condition.
Spacious waiting area, very organized and efficiently run. Doctors very knowledgeable and caring. Staff caring and comfortable with pets. Received a diagnosis for life-long problem of dog.
I was very impressed with the lack of "intimidated" reactions to our dog. Odin is large, and his size/stature can unnerve many, even though he's (as stated by one of the radiology team members) "a gentle giant." The lobby area was spacious enough that we could avoid waiting around most other dogs. The wait time was minimal. Our patient room was clean (though admittedly quite cold). Your employees, from the ladies greeting and entering out information, to the techs and the vet, were SO friendly and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. Great staff. Treating Lia immediately instead of making me wait.
