The doctors and vet techs took great care of our pup. We were updated along the way and provided options and recommendations for the diagnosis. I felt confident our fur baby was getting the best care possible. The doctor gave a thorough explanation of his diagnosis and laid out all our options.

Staff very caring, experts and state of art facility. I came for staging exam for my poodle mix recently diagnosed with mast cell tumor of the tongue. Dr. Li and Jennifer answered all my questioned and listened to my concerns and I understand next steps and options and feel confident Bonbon is getting best care. Very kind care of Bonbon and patient with my questions w thorough explanation of what to expect. Great medical center for pets‼ Very expensive but you know you have got the best ‼ Took my puppy 6 months with a broken tibia they used state of the art machines and they have great Sergeants he is still confined to a cage for his own protection but he's healing really well and already putting weight on the leg with cross pins and a band ‼2 follow up appointments to go they expect a full recovery ‍

Y'all have to understand you can drop 10k and no one can guarantee your pet will make it just like in human medicine literally anything could happen. Why have animals if you can't afford an emergency they're family yes but reality is they're not a necessity it's a luxury to own fur babies. Have pet insurance! Or savings account specifically for pet emergencies.

I recently had my dog treated at GCVS. He had a pancreatic cancer removed and did very well. The Internist and surgeon (exceptional) were very professional. Our Internist had a problem getting back to us in a timely manner and the labs/ pathology take about a week so be patient. They apparently send out to multiple locations etc. The staff is professional but guarded and the warmth that was at the old location is lacking. It is laid out more like a typical hospital now not a clinic.

I took my Great Dane in for an emergency that ended up being less severe than expected. Not only did I get a refund for what procedures weren't needed, I received the most detailed & comprehensive care. The doctor was SO detailed and had my fur baby back on her way to health quickly. The staff is great, the waiting room is really nice too - which is much needed after a long night of a sick pet.

I was apprehensive when I was first referred to GCVS. My cat was Diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and radiation treatment was recommended. Luckily, I trust my Vet implicitly. I got a call from Kim in the nuclear medicine section of GCVS. She explained what my Vet and their vet Dr Z recommended for treatment and helped me understand the procedure and process.
