I have bought several new and used cars and trucks in my 43 years of driving but I have never been more satisfied with the overall treatment that I recieved from Gwinnett Place Ford. NEEDED A NEW TIRE--FRANK AND BILL BLANKENSHIP WERE MOST HELPFUL-QUICKLY FOUND THE RIGHT TIRE AND PUT IT ON MY EXPLORER IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE PROVIDED--I'LL BE BACK AND WILL RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

I own a 2010 Lincoln Navigator and used Gwinnett Place Ford for regular service for my vehicle. I was greeted with a friendly smile and am very satisfied with the service. When I picked up my car the attendant answered some questions for me and was very cordial. I will continue to use this place for the care of my car.

I purchased my 2011 Lincoln new from this dealer. I was/am extremely pleased with the salesman and service providers. I also appreciate the follow-up by the service department. I've had oil changes but no other service has been needed on the car.

Every time I come to the dealership (since I bought my car), I have been super pleased with the quality of the customer service. In particular, Frank has been friendly and approachable and seems to know what the customer likes! I have referred friends in the past and will certainly do it again whenever the opportunity arises.

I have purchased and serviced my cars at Gwinnett Ford since 1998. Regardless of the staff, from Sales to Service, I have always received extraordinary service. I recently met the new Service Manager, Frank Mercardante, and he exceeded my expectations of service. What i like best about the service department is that they have quick excellent work.
