The only service on my 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer has been done by Gwinnett Place Ford. I have purchased my last 2 Explorers from them. I drive 45 miles round trip when having my oil changed or anything else. They are 10+ in my book. Never an issue they are about the customer. Randy Henderson
This was my second new car purchase from this dealership. I worked with the same salesman on this mustang purchase as I did my last. Hassan was great. He is a great salesman. Very informative and never I never felt pressured into purchasing a car. Dealing with the sales management team was a positive experience also. I allover buying experience at Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth was very quick and easy for my frist time buying a new car. The saleperson (Geo Riddlespringer) made my buying experience stress free. I also would like to thank(Frank Mercardante)for going over MPP with me. And Shannon Suazo for going over the Sync system. Highly recommend Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln Mercury..RV traveling is our new adventure..Visited dealership and told Steve Tiller that we were going to the 5th wheel mode of travel..Steve showed us several options without pressure and answered all of our questions. Took my Expedition in because of a problem with the transmission. Another Ford store couldn't fix it so I took it here. Matt in service was great. They had the car 11 days cause they wanted to make sure it was 100% fixed before I got it back and not 90% fixed. Matt called everyday to keep me updated on the status. Since I've gotten it back everything is perfect. The best Ford store in Georgia.
I had a positive experience. Geo was very professional and did an excellent job. Every one at the dealership was nice and extremely helpful. Only thing I would suggest is that they renovate the dealership. It is a very old building and shows excessive wear. However, I would still recommend this dealership to others
All the people I spoke with at Gwinnet Place were very friendly. Dave and his mechanic helped identify and locate some hard to find parts for my older Ford Ranger. His follow up call was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this dealer!
The price was N/A because we bought on the Ford "A" Plan. My experience with them might have been affected by that. Our salesman was nice, was not terribly pushy, and seemed interested in just helping us buy a car. They took a while to get the paperwork completed, but they let me take a Roush F150 to supper while they got it done. That smoothed me out considerably (and almost sold me a truck). This is regarding the service of our Bronco on 9-5-25, scheduled to clear two recalls (ended up being 3), two issues with sections of trim under warranty and an oil change. Ford kept car until midday on 9-6 completed the oil change, recalls, and one of the trim issues, service did not even look at the other trim issue. Online quoted the oil change at 65.00, service ticket was going to charge 103.00, Hayden service rep claimed the dealer’s website was incorrect, after some back and forth he agreed to the 65.00.
