Advertisements are false in an effort to get individuals to come in. I personally was given a written quote that the dealership did not honor. I would not do business with this dealer nor recommend. I really question the integrity of the team.

I am sorry to have to change my opinion, although the sales process was very good, today, June 26, 2024, after only 11 days with my vehicle, I requested an appointment since my car with only 370 miles of use is presenting a noise and vibration at low speed; I arrive at 8 am punctually to my appointment, and the first thing they tell me is that I have to wait 2 to 3 days for them to tell me that they have the car, I tell them that I cannot wait that time because I work and I need to get to work, do they have a courtesy vehicl... read more

This review is mixed, because my salesperson, Nate Masresha, was great, but the overall experience was very dissatisfactory. I found the car I wanted on the internet and the price was reasonable, so I made the 3-hour trip to Duluth to purchase the vehicle. Somehow, however, I ended up spending $5,000 above the internet price. I had to go to the dealership after 4 un answered messages for a warranty issue. I was teated in a extremely rudeway by employee. I was told I had to drop my car 3-6 days to just get it look for a warranty issue. I asked for an appointment to come later I was told no appointments were provided for this and my car had to stay there. Before the oil change service the car is in good condition with out a noise.Now after the oil change service the car is making noise.

I won’t recommend any of my friends or family to have service or even buy a car with ford dealers.
I bought a truck and the transmission went out before the first payment. They said there’s nothing they can do for me. This transmission is $11K to repair and it’s backed ordered nationwide, so I can’t even operate my business until further notice. Its obvious they don’t do enough to check their used before they sell them.

Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible experience with service department. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally ripping off customers. I had my vehicle towed to their shop after it overheated. I live 4 hours away, so I had to rely on what the service tech told me over the phone. The customer service I received from the service advisor is ok. Whoever is fixing my car is terrible. I took my car back last week and they didn’t fix the tire sensor light. The link they gave me to approve didn’t give me the option. Even though I told the advisor on the phone to take care of this it wasn’t completed. Scheduled an appointment but upon arrival the salesman wasn't there and after finding another sales associate to assist, took almost 15min of looking to find ttcqr which was advertised with features it didn't actually have, and salesman video that specifically commented on how clean it was with no blemishes turned out to be fraudulent as it smelled strongly of smoke, had clearly been in an accident and very noticable chips, s ratchets and dents.
