We were down here from SC shopping and a piece of molding was loose. We didn't want to risk it falling off on the way home. Our nav system in our Ford Flex brought us to this wonderful dealership who patched us up so we could get home. Thanks so much!
I went to Gwinnett place Ford to purchase a used car, expecting to get something that would just be alright for my $10,000 price range. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted courteously and I never felt pressured to speak with anyone. They were GREAT!!! I had a bad experience with the used car dealership when I bought my first car a year ago but they made up for it. I was very happy. They understood what I wanted and made it happen. I would recommend my family and friends to this dealership!!
This is my second truck purchased at this dealer. There service department is always great. My truck was in for normal service maint. and a couple of warrenty items, they were all taken care of the same day and the service writer kept me informed. Very freindly and quick, would recommend them for service and sales.
Matt Lankford has been an outstanding service adviser every time I bring my vehicle to him for repair or service. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to deal with the problem. The issues are always fixed the first time and for a fair price. My latest issue was a rough idle in the engine and the problem was diagnosed fast and correct. The AC compressor and condenser had gone bad and Matt's promise of job completion task and time was exactly what he said.
This is my second lease from Gwinnett Place Ford. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit. They focused on my needs and helped me get what I wanted at the right cost. Everyone that worked with me should be recognized for their professional customer service that made this a great experience, and will make me comeback to Gwinnett Place Ford in the future.

My high rating is as a result of the nine years of top service I have received on my last two Ford Explorers. I am extremely pleased with the knowledge of the service writers, honesty and the obvious concern they share in making sure any problem is correctly diagnosed and corrected. During the 50K plus miles, all work and service has been performed only by Gwinnett Place Ford.
The only service on my 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer has been done by Gwinnett Place Ford. I have purchased my last 2 Explorers from them. I drive 45 miles round trip when having my oil changed or anything else. They are 10+ in my book. Never an issue they are about the customer. Randy Henderson
