I have had multiple things taken care of at the service center. I cannot say enough positive things about everyone there, especially Chris. I know very little about cars and he is always so great about explaining what is going on. It's nice to be able to trust someone and not feel like you are getting taken advantage of! I would recommend them to everyone!!!!
Cedric was very friendly and helpful with my vehicle--after it was diagnosed he called me and let meknow what was wrong, also followed up with and email and a recommeded action plan--after my approval they completed the work in a timely manner. Once my vehicle was complete Cedric called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. Everyone was very polite and friendly and the experience was excellent.
Love seeing Jim every time and building that relationship to where he knows my car and the things I need to keep it running smoothe without pressuring me into high sales pitches. Great experience and love the new shop and waiting area...LOVE THE COFFEE!!!! Great job in revamping the quick service and THANKS JIM for the friendly service!
I came in to have my car checked. I was asked what happened a nd I explained in detail. James told me he would check the problem and give me a call if anything additional was found. He told me the price for the service and a time frame was given for the work to be done. additionally, he told me since I was a lincoln-ford customer I could also get my car washed and vaccumed. STAFF GREETED ME UPON ARRIVAL. SERVICE WAS FAST AND EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED SEVERAL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO GWINNETT PLACE FORD FOR SERVICE AND TO PURCHSE NEW AND USED VEHICLES.
I have been very happy with the service at Gwinnett Place Ford. I am treated with a friendly greeting and respect. I was informed of the problem and what would be done. The work was done in a timely manner. I have purchased 5 cars from this place and will do this again.
As per usual Jim and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations in all areas of service and quality. They were ready for me when arrived and completed the services I requested in a timely, efficient manner.
I did not buy the car here because the trade in value was not good or what I was expecting. The service was good and the sales people were nice. I ended up buying my ford explorer in another ford dealership. Overall, I liked this dealership.
