I have taken my car to the dealer three times for the same problem that they have not been able to solve, they give me a paper that everything is repaired and it is a lie, I already filed a claim with Ford, the mechanics there do not know how to work, they do not have the knowledge of what they do anymore I'm tired of taking it and they don't repair it.

The sales team retailed a customers special order Maverick and is covering it up!!! The XLT HYBRID MAVERICK was delivered on 16 Feb 23. The sales manager contacted me to make an appointment to purchase the truck. 14 minutes later the sales manager texted, "sorry sir, wrong car". Never heard from him again. What happened in the 14 minutes to change from a customer special order to a retail? After calls from Ford customer service. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They are still pulling my credit and I don’t want anything on the lot. I was approved for a vehicle through true and they ran my credit again and dishonored the loan approval through credit karma and true car. I will not ever shop here

I responded to an internet ad for a used Suburban and did get an initial contact. I responded with questions, did not get an answer and a couple days later the car is listed again a few thousand dollars higher in price. Did they not respond because they decided they could sell it for more than they offered it for? Would still like to know.

The dealership does an overall great job with their customers and how they treat their customers. Specific to my issue there was an issue with the lug nuts being too swollen to be removed without damaging them. So, I was told the charge to replace them along with labor I assume was $145!!! My question for Ford is why use aluminum lug nuts that have a tendency to swell when there are cheaper options like high polish steel lug nuts that can be used and don’t have this issue since steel is far less malleable than aluminum other... read more

Called to make an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and was told I would have to drop it off for several weeks. I was not allowed to make an appointment or bring it in when I was next in line. Narrow minded backwards business model. I travel the country for work and go to the dealer in every state. Gwinnett and 5 Star Ford are the only two dealers I have ever encountered who demand this. What a shame. Thank goodness the other local dealers are customer focused. Shame on you Gwinnett.

Horrible service department. They said I needed a new engine . Took it into my mechanic thru fixed what they messed up on ! Do not trust the service department. You’ve been warned
