I took my car in for service and they wrecked my car and did not notify me. After 8 days, I went to check on my car and found it at the bodyshop getting the bumper replaced and painted. They never contacted me to tell me the car was damage. Instead the service manager told me the part I took my car in for was lost in Memphis, Tennessee. This dealership is full of crooks to say the least. While I am sure there are some good apples there, all of my experiences there have been high pressure and highly unpleasant. A couple of years ago I went there to look at some manual transmission cars. I worked with Gene and we drove an '03 Cobra.
