They live up to the name of a "stealership" I am the unfortunate owner of a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. The check engine light was on when I purchased it. After having the Canister Purge Solenoid Valve changed, the CEL came back on reading the same code. I thought this was only something the dealership could assist with and a $425.67 diagnostic fee later they indicated it was a bad PCM ($1800) and cluster ($850). Horrible Service Possibly The Worst I Have Ever Had. I went in with my 2011 Mustang Gt to get an alignment after clipping a curb in a parking lot. I could tell the passenger side tire was laid in at the top too much and told the person at the desk this. I received a call form them a few hours later stating that I needed a camber bushing set in order to correct the issue. Never Again They are a bunch of crooks that only care about making money off of you. I will never buy from this place or recommend anyone to this terrible dealership.
L.T. Did not tell the truth Salesman L.T. Lied outright. After paying and taking delivery ((2 hours wait wven though I was paying cash), I was surprised that there was only 1 key. L.T. walked to get approval and said yes he would have another key made for me at no charge. Later he denied it. I went to the tag office to get my tag and found out that the dealership did not have emssions done on the vehicle and the letter they provided to me was 3 years old said my vehicle year did not need emissions.
Very dissatisfied customer After driving the car off the lot ,six hours later the car broke down, I thought most dealerships have at least a 30 to 90 warranty on their vehicles. If I wanted A lemon I would have gone to a mom and pop dealership. After 3 1/2 months I'm still waiting for a refund on my car. Just got a call from the finance Company stating that if I did not make a payment within four days I would receive negative points on my credit score. Not interested in disabled veterans I had a grant from VA for a adaptive vehicle, after they excepted the grant and sold me a car they tried to back out.My paperwork was correct they were just to poor to submit it.Threaten to pick-up our car to sue me.If your a veteran stay away from this unethical acting company.The comment was made to me that they didn't give a xxxx about disabled veterans.
stereotypical car sales experience we all dread True to the stereotypical car dealership experience. "Come on down", "we have found the car you want and will meet your price", "I worked really hard to find this car for you", "when can you come". Horrible Service I would not recommend this dealer because I had a problem with a new car that I bought there. All my car doors open with another key of a different car and I went to the dealer and they said they could not do anything about it. I later called the Ford factory and they also said they could not do anything about it. I am putting this review so that someone else does not go through the same problem that I am going through, because Ford does not take responsibility for a problem they made on the car.
