I just read people's review and thought I was the only one who got screwed over. Hope my post will help someone to stop making a big mistake by going to this place. I walked in to get one of their Ford Transit connect and after talking to the salesman Alex, I was told whatever the car is worth of, they will just add their $3500 on top for their sale as they always do and no more sales on top. I was ok, at least they are honest, but after spending there 4 hours, because they wanted me to add on more money because only 2 banks... read more

Poor, VERY POOR customer service. C. D. Sumptner was the worst finance manager I've ever dealt with. :( I would never buy a car from this place. Thank God for dealerships like Mike Patton (LaGrange). Because of them, I'm loving my Ford Mustang Convert.

I inquired about a used vehicle online and was given a price via email which was slightly higher than what Edmunds.com said the vehicle was worth at Dealer Retail. After test driving the vehicle, I meet with the internet manager Angell to discuss price, after some negotiation we agreed upon the quoted price in my email as an out the door price. John (the inventory manager) then entered the picture and said that they couldn't sell the vehicle at the price quoted (in email) or agreed to (onsite). After some discussion about my... read more

When we purchased our car we purchased the plan for the Maintenance -- I have been to the dealership service for three oil changes in the year we have had this vehicle and the service person at the counter has been less than helpful, all three times I have had to argue and fight for the service we purchased with the vehicle, and this last time my son went in and the service tech made him pay for the oil change that is covered under this plan. I am not very happy with the response of the service department for a service that ... read more

Sales person not knowledgable on product, accessories or pricing. Was told I could easily get into the car I described in the low $500's (lease) when, in fact, the first offer ended up being $250 more! Sucker pricing approach akin to the experience of selling gold - try and pass off list pricing as a "deal". If they persist, offer a terrible deal. If the persist further, offer something slightly better until they either desperately accept or get wise and move on. If all that fails, they switch the vehicle out and change the ... read more

DON'T LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU!!! They tried sooo much to intimidate us!! Yelling, pounding fits, red angry faces, walking away upset...they did it all! (And we weren't doing ANYTHING to get such a hyped reaction...I swear! They were just trying to intimidate us!!) Then in the financing room....WARNING: Be very very very suspicious; be very careful and read EVERYTHING!!!! Even if you've agreed to a price and sign something on the sales floor, keep checking the prices listed and keep checking the calculations!!!!! DO NOT belie... read more

I took my 2007 (under warrantee) suv in, because when hooked to a trailer, the running lites would not work but all others did. I tested the trailer in advance on another vehicle and advised them to call (of course, they did not)if it was anything other than a warranted problem. When I called to check on the vehicle, I was advised the bill would be $105.00 for the simple changing of a fuse. They agreed the warrantee was still in affect but stated fuses and the technicians services were not. Why the fuse box was not checked f... read more

I took my car in for service and they wrecked my car and did not notify me. After 8 days, I went to check on my car and found it at the bodyshop getting the bumper replaced and painted. They never contacted me to tell me the car was damage. Instead the service manager told me the part I took my car in for was lost in Memphis, Tennessee. The new bumper they tried to sneak and put on has dents and there are bubbles in the paint. The rear sensors also did not work. I took my car to another body shop and they informed me that th... read more
