Mis-leading extended warranty When I bought my 2017 F150 I paid for extended service and maintence warranty that covers everything 72k miles. Now I am told that all I boight was an oil and tire rotation plan and everything else I have to pay out of pocket. This is not what I paid 7k for.
Worst car buying experience We bought a truck from this dealership back in December and have yet to receive paperwork we need to buy a tag in our state. It has been 2 months. We later found out that the man who traded this truck in ped $600 more on the truck. This should have been addressed at that time and explained to us at the buying point. Seems Fishy Nov 2018, 2014 Ford Escape was in shop due to Sync module issue and remote start. Dealer claims they replaced battery and Sync 2 APIM per warranty. Noticed that Sync retained all settings despite a total power loss and new battery installation. Dec 2018, A new APIM has to be linked to the VIN. Upon installation all user settings including, but not limited to, Radio, Audio settings, Driver analysis, Driving history, etc. are wiped from memory due to battery removal. Not what I was told When I purchased my F150 I also purchased the oil change package. I was told that synthetic oil was included....every time I get my oil change I get charged extra for Synthetic Oil. I've been told thT the oil change package does not include Synthetic Oil. I was lied to obviously. Now I've been sitting here for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get one of these additional charge oil changes. I was the first one in line at 7 am this morning. I could have done this at home for less and in about 20 minutes. So slow...
Oil change Paid $100 for an oil and filter change and took 24hrs and my air pressure in my tires wasn't adjusted. Need to better job of inspection. Service writer was excellent

Terrible Customer Service We went to Gwinnett Place Ford looking for a Ford Escape to replace one we had wrecked. Herb Michael, came out to help us. He showed me a car that I feel in love with. During the process, he told us we were approved through financing and we just needed the down payment, which we told him would be there sometime during that week, we were waiting for the insurance check. Horrible Customer Service I came to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled into the service lane, I literally sat there for about 6 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there to get service. There were about 3 employees sitting at their desks and 1 was occupied with a customer. At that time I got out of the car and stood next to my vehicle waiting again to be acknowledged and helped. NO EXPERIENCE with Diesels I brought my Ford Transit Diesel July 26 asked to fix check engine and shaking after I stop the engine. I was trying to get the car ready for school. When I checked in the car PT(ford rep.) told me I have two recalls. TWO DAYS took to do diagnostics. After diagnostics PT told me car will be ready in Two days. My car was not fixed for over a WEEK. My sales guy was doing his best through everything!! He did his best in getting me a car that same day. I wasn't expecting to drive off that Saturday with a car but later that evening I received a call stating that I was able to go pick up my car and get some paperwork signing. Only thing I recommend to everyone is to check what they sign. I got some hidden fees when I got to the finance guy.
