Tried to charge $2k over advertised price Crooks.....do not shop here. Insanely ridiculous “doc fee” of $699. (To print and file paperwork.) Add on mandatory upgrades of “nitrogen in tires” and paint protection (wax) for a ridiculous price of $999. Jesus, air in tires is free and I can buy wax for $8.99 at the Walmart. Worse buying experience This literally was the worst buying experience I've ever had at a dealership! Finance and Ford has lost a loyal buyer. How I was treated and left out of the loop on a deal I was under the impression was closed but to find out 4 weeks later it was never approved. No one even contacted me. Disappointed, frustrated, and confused with how unprofessional this experience and dealership was...never again!!!!!
Sales tactics, not truthful! I wish there was an option to to give zero stars. I made an online inquire on the 2017 ford explore on 01/22/18 and promptly got a follow email from Laura the "Internet Director" , so I'm thinking nice! These guys are on the ball over there. Worst experience ever Scarlett was great, but the rest of the dealership was straight up aweful. The vechile was supposed to be fully detailed including the cloth seats. The detail department decided to pressure wash them. They had five days before the delivery to me. You would have thought this could have been done with out getting into the car and sit down to wet seats! I had clients coming in from out of town and had to pick them up like that. How embarrassing. Quick lanes slow service I went to get my tire check because me tire light came on the manager Zac told me it would be 3 hours so I ask to make an appt for the following day and he tells me appts don't guarantee u will get seen... So I spoke to someone in service who made them take me immediately and then it was determined that I had a nail in my tire.. Nonsense people This dealership is a joke. Even the top notch dude down to the bottom dude is all bull crap! They ignore you after you bought the car from them. You try to reach for one Is impossible. I regret bought a ford from them. They don’t deserve it. All those 5 stars rating might be fake rates. Their employees might be doing that so they can get some business. Pathetic!
Lying Sales team. Unexpected from large dealer. Sold me a car that had a “clean” title. Found out the car had been in an accident and was lied to. Sure they gave me a doctored carfax, but when I ran it again a month later, the accident shows up. It was reported right before I bought it. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!
Rip off Service center tried to rip off my son, They told him he need new transmission on a car with less than 58,000 miles. Had transmission and fluid changed and car is running like new.
Was insulted by a service I was insulted by a Service Advisor.....Comment was made in front of several employees....Exact Quote..."No wonder you are a divorced man" I instructed the advisor upon my arrival that the motors on my Ford Escape were bad. When he called me to quote a price it was $590 and I questioned the amount and he immediately dropped the price to $490.
