Was in town visiting and had car trouble. Was cheaper to trade it in than it was to fix it. At first, I thought everything was great but after the purchase, I received a call that they "forgot" to add in a service fee which they took care of by adjusting my loan. I then got a call a week later when I return home that I still have to pay $1200 because the title fees were wrong. This ended up being corrected on their end because they looked at the paperwork wrong. Then they sent my title to the wrong DOT office in my home stat... read more

Took my car in for service and the service staff from the person Michael Jones to the service director were very rude and unprofessional I would never take my vehicle there for service again!!!

Worst experience at this Nissan dealership. Don't buy a Nissan Leaf. I have a 2015 Nissan Leaf and now after owning it for 4 and half years, I can't drive more than 38 miles with the heater on. Also without a heater I can't drive more than 68 miles. Now I have just a little bit over 60K miles, I am out of warranty and Nissan is not covering it. Basically it's junk and now can't use this if I have to drive one way more than 18-19 miles. DON'T BUY NISSAN LEAF. Also now their steering is stiff and now very hard to make left or... read more
