I brought a new Nissan Altima from Gwinnett Nissan. Ashley Ralph was my sales agent. After the sale was completed she gave me sereval referral cards, with every referral she would give 100 dollars. I sent her a referral, my friend purchased a brand new car as well. I never received the 100 dollars from Ashley. I sent her sereval emails which she never replied to any of them. I have a few things to disclose about this specific location. Big businesses rest under a reputation and proceed to believe they are almighty and can’t make mistakes, wrong. I hope my experience here resonances in your head before you decide to close a deal with them. I was told 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After checking in I canceled the tire rotation. However a software (recall) update was added. After waiting in the customer area for 30 min. I received a text from Kimberly to text anytime during this visit! After waiting for an 1 hour and 30 min. I texted for an update, (no reply)! 100% unwilling to accept return whatsoever even after 2 days A wise man once told me that you can judge a person's character by how much they help those they aren't obligated to. This dealership fails on so many levels. The people (like most every large out-of-touch company) that are put in front of you are super nice, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Where's my missing key fob for my GTR? Excellent experience up until they claim we received 2 key fobs for a 2019 GTR when we only received one. Manager won't return phone calls. Before that they had me drive up to their dealership to get a replacement key programmed. Once I arrived they said 'sorry we gave you two keys. we can't help you." Will never buy a car from them again and certainly won't be bringing this car in to be serviced by them.

Slow to payoff our trade-in While the customer service was good and the deal we got also very good ( that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 ), the financing department left much to be desired and operates like a strip mall dealership scam artist. It has been 20 days since we bought the car and they have yet to pay off our trade in. In the car selling business this the holy grail of things you don't do to customers. Alex hoang is crooked and dirty This dealership is dirty and crooked. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Low down Alex is worth about as much as what I wiped my butt with. Thieves, low down crooks.dont make this mistake.

Financing I was helping my grandson establish credit and had to co-sign. That was in April. They sent our information out to 25 and counting finance companies and banks. I received more rejections today. My credit score has dropped several points. They should warn you before they send out your information. They literally ruined my scores and my poor grandson who had no credit all. Never use them

Nissan 370z Recently bought a fairly new car for my wife, had it about a week and found out that Air condition not working. The car I bought was certified. Everything suppose to be checked even if it have a factory warranty or not. The car have only 12000 miles on it, I shouldn't even have to buy extended warranty but the sales manager keeps on pushing. Don't really like customer service, wasn't friendly.
