Not the best hotel but staff is great. It is just not clean!
The central air conditioning in the room is broken, and they placed a portable air conditioner, but it’s also faulty. When turned on, it makes such a loud noise that it’s impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were very arrogant, claiming it was our problem and that no one had complained before. That’s because the weather in New York has gotten cold recently, and that’s why we needed to use the air conditioner. They assumed it was the guest’s problem without even understanding the issue. Bonne localisation mais accueil très négatif Personne à l’accueil CATASTROPHIQUE ! 4 chambres réservées et seulement 3 chambres disponibles à l’arrivée… Chambre annulée la veille par l’hôtel sans aucune raison valable et donc plus disponible! Solution trouvée avec insistance mais pas avec les mêmes caractéristiques (1 lit au lieu de deux). Mis à part l’accueil, la localisation de l’hôtel est bonne et le personnel du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. La chambre sentait la peinture et le chauffage est impossible à régler. Expect a certain brand standard from a Hampton, this was terrible. Felt like a $49/night motel. Room was never serviced.
Umm.. It's not so good overall.
El hotel realiza una retención en la tarjeta de crédito de 250 dólares, retención que no informan en ningún momento hasta que llegas al hotel, han pasado más de 7 días desde que salimos del hotel y la retención continúa. Además nos cargaron en la tarjeta varias botellas de agua que no consumimos, lo reclamamos al hotel y seguimos esperando respuesta.
