I have stayed at this Hampton Inn so many times in the last 10 years and have watched its decline. This stay they tried to put me in a room that had a respirator like AC unit (it was 90 outside). I went back and asked for a different room. The employee said they were remodeling and all rooms were like that. I said unacceptable. She said they had one room on the top floor (not great bc only 2 elevators and have to wait), but I checked it out & it had a normal AC unit that worked. The room was fine but not “remodeled”. Maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in … I’ve had better hotels in 3rd world countries. Rooms were not in good shape. Light fixtures broken. Shower curtain broken. Hallways not clean. And worst of all the pipes in the hotel became damaged and dirty water came out of facilities for a day. Also got diarrhea from breakfast provided. The front desk people were great! They were sorry for the problems. They were kind and courteous.

The room was too small and property was too poor for the price.The breakfast was terrible too.
I lost $240 to you guys because you refused to change my checking date a few seconds after wrongly booking
The room seemed dated. I was on a different floor than from where I usually stay, and I’m not sure if that had anything to do with how the upkeep of the room is different. My conditioner was completely empty in the shower and I didn’t have a body lotion dispenser. When I take a shower, I didn’t have any conditioner that was, not a fun surprise. Usually really like this property.
Terrible experience. Booked two rooms both came with noisy air coolers and no centralized air conditioning. Had sleepless night since room remained hot in spite of noisy air coolers running. Also hard to move around for check in and check out with one elevator out of order and need to wait for more than 30min for each time. Not worth for the price and never expected from Hilton.
