It’s not so clean place
The elevators don’t work. DON’T STAY HERE. Even the staff is suffering because of it.
An elevator was out of order for our entire stay creating significant inconvenience. The condition of room furnishings and bathroom finishes was poor. Breakfast was mediocre. AC was loud. Housekeeping staff worked quickly and efficiently despite elevator issues.
Stayed 4 nights and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order the entire time. Flashing light on fire alarm in the room all night long
We had to leave because the bathroom showers were broken, leaking into the room, window blinds broken as well as thermostats. Rooms didn't have lamps. It was a terrible.
Could be better! I was called while heading to the hotel and told I couldn't stay at the Hampton Inn Manhattan - Chelsea .... there had been a leak. I was moved to a different hotel. Given no compensation for the inconvenience. Room is small and clean. Shower didn't drain. Otherwise okay.
