How did this get a 4+-star review?? Check-in was delayed. Room had a portable heating unit that sounded like a jet engine. Breakfast is pathetic. The fitness center is tiny and the belt on the treadmill is slipping/dangerous. Most of the staff are completely apathetic.

Invest your money elsewhere. The only positive was Ruby at the front desk. The rest of the stay was the pits. Dirty room. Door obviously kicked in many times before. Filthy mattress pad. Bathtub drain didn’t work. Mirrors dirty. Disgusting dust all over.
The shower head did not hang up so it was awkward trying to shower holding it. It was walk in but the floor got soaked, had to lay all the towels on the floor to soak it up. The first 2 days only one elevator was working. I won’t stay there again.
Que desilusión No nos gustó, solicité y pagué una habitación con cama King y nos asignaron con cama doble. El ascensor no funcionaba bien y justo el día que salía el 3 de enero a las 3 de la mañana no sirvió y tuve que bajar la maleta de 23 kg mas mi bolso por la escalera, la puerta de la escalera de acceso al hotel tampoco servia y no había nadie para ayudar. Fue horrible porque el Uber ya me estaba esperando.
Me retuvieron 250 dólares en el check in, me dijeron que me los regresarían 5 días después del check out, ya pasaron 8 días y aún no me regresan el dinero, estoy enojado y decepcionado del hotel
Mauvais accueil, le ménage des chambres est prévu un jour sur 2 sans que ce soit indiqué sur la présentation. Le Wifi payant au bout de 7 jours toujours indiqué nul part.
