Staff informed us that our room was not ready for check-in at 3 pm, the check-in time. We waited until 3:30 and it was still not ready, making us late for our event. I understand that things happen but check-in times really should be abided by considering the lengths people go to in order to plan itineraries in a populated city. If check-in times don't go as planned, there should be compensation.

Van mis observaciones al hotel en mi estancia del 25-29 Mar: instalaciones están y sin mantenimiento, las toallas de baño sucias de maquillaje y otras con manchas amarillas, sabanas sucias, chinches (bedbugs) en la cama y cortinas, alfombra sucia, no servía el aire acondicionado y adicional, el aseo de los cuartos NO es diario. Por lo anterior tuve que hacer un gasto extra y cambiarme de Hotel el 27 Mar. Expedia, solicito su valiosa ayuda para que el Hotel me reembolse, por lo menos, los días que ya no estuve ahí.
Our experience at the hotel was horrible, an elevator stopped working and stayed that way for two days of our stay, the waiting time was long for the only elevator that was working. the bad breakfast, the stressed and rude receptionist, doors slamming all the time... in short it was one of the worst I've ever stayed at
One of the two elevators was not working and that created a lot of time wasted waiting for the elevator. Had I realized there was no fixing it, I would have requested low floor at check in. Also, there was construction work going on in rooms adjacent to ours so there was a lot of noise and crowded hallway. My bad I guess- but I didn't realize Hilton wouldn't honor my honor points programs since I booked through Expedia.
One Working Elevator The hotel room was clean and comfortable. What made it a 2 star stay was that only one of two elevators was working. Apparently the elevator was out of order for more than two weeks already. There were times when we had to wait in a line for the elevator for about 15 minutes- no exaggeration. We would have taken the stairs but we were on the 18th floor. It made it so we had to tack on an extra 15 minutes to every outing to make sure we left time for the elevator.
