Our entire experience was awful. We rented 2 rooms. There was no thermostat in the first room. The maintenance guy made some work shift adjustment. The toilet in the other room leaked and made noise all night. They had water bottles in the room with no sign that it's not complimentary. You only discover that when they charge you a day after checking out. Breakfast lacked any variety. Staff is not friendly at all. Overall, a terrible experience. Would never stay here again.

we stayed for 2 nights, the first night was very nice. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. However, someone entered our room and stole our jewelry and some other stuff. we called 911 and they reported the larceny. no security cameras on each floor or elevators or stairs. keycard readers on both elevators were not working when we stayed so basically you don't need a keycard to go on each floor. Director of Operations at Hampton Inn emailed me and apologized for what happened but he also said they are not mandated ... read more
Needs an upgrade The pillows were terrible. Mattress squeaked. Bathroom shower was old and needed repair with low water pressure.
El primer día la TV no funcionaba. El segundo día llegamos de la calle y en la habitación no habia luz, el wifi no funciona y para colmo me lo cobraron. Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es que está en el centro de Manhattan.
