Carpet in bad condition in the corridor
The hotel is in a good area. But I would improve in better staff at night
Only having one elevator was only an issue during breakfast/checkout times. The wait was up to 10 minutes during those times, so we had to plan accordingly. Otherwise it was a great location.
Awesome
The hotel is centrally located with an easy access to subways and dining and shopping. The room is small, it has everything I need. The breakfast is good.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to the subway, lots of dining and shops within a couple of blocks. The breakfast was decent, the only drawback was a broken elevator. We stayed on floor 14 so taking the stairs was tough. I am confident they will get it fixed & would stay here again with in NYC.
