Mediocre at best It was underwhelming for the price. Only had 2 elevators and 1 was down (one employee said for 2 months), yet there is nothing on the website about it. Too many people waiting for 1 elevator to go up, plus employees using the elevator and holding it up for guests. Should be expediting that issue! If i had known about the elevator issue, I would have booked elsewhere.
The stay was good and property is good value for money. It has brilliant connections with several subway stations nearby. While hotel itself is slightly dated, it was very clean, everything was in working order and staff was quite helpful.

One of the 2 elevators apparently been out of service for over a month, place is not exactly clean, neighborhood a little rough.
