Really nice room, exactly as pictured. It had everyrhing we needed, a desk to put stuff down, a nice closet with hangers and a safe, a full length mirror, a chair, a fridge, and tissue boxes in bathroom and bedroom (finally a hotel that thinks of everything!). The lobby and breakfast area are welcoming spaces. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean. We liked the area too, very walkable and convenient to transit. It felt like a little oasis to return too. We recommend and would stay again!

Great location & excellent service. Unfortunately, one of the 2 elevators was not working, so there were lines waiting for the lift up & down to lobby.

I like the area and hotel lift is not good and other lift not working for ages and one of the staff in Reception is not help ful she is quite snobbish and very rude she is a lady . Beside other member of the staff is in Reception is helpful and one more thing house keeping put this stuff in the lift that is problem for the Guest

Well located close to many metro stations Nice breakfast service Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of service during the week I stayed causing a great overcrowding at the other one.

Didn’t like that the cleaning service was set to be “any other day”. We tried to maintain it as clean as possible though! Also, the breakfast food wasn’t very varied. I enjoyed the staff and the location of the property.

Prédio antigo com 2 elevadores. 1 estava quebrado. Café da manhã bem mais ou menos. Sem opção pra quem não pode comer glúten. O papel de parede do quarto estava fofo, imagino que de infiltração. Uma das recepcionistas era super mal humorada. O controle da tv não funcionava, pedi pra trocar e fui embora e nunca foi resolvido. Pelo que se paga pela estadia, esperava um pouco mais. Mas pelo menos fica perto do Subway e o local é bem limpo.

Good value Good value for the price, great location. Staff was wonderful. Downsides: one elevator remains broken, which delayed going up and down from the room, which can be annoying if you have a pet to walk. Room was not super clean (coffee stains on desk from prior occupant). No dairy-free milk at breakfast (almond, soy, oat).
