2nd elevator not working which caused a long delay from the 19th floor down to first floor.
Nice Stay. It was clean. Nice breakfast. No microwave. Parking was at customers expense and was too costly. Consider adjusting the phrase that parking is provided.

Elevadores: um dos dois elevadores permaneceu quebrado/sem funcionar por toda a hospedagem, o que fazia com que demorasse a chegar. Limpeza: serviço disponível dia sim dia não, o que não foi informado no Expedia nem no check in, descobri na prática. A limpeza era boa, no dia que tinha house keeping. Café da manhã, camas, chuveiro, banheiro, tamanho do quarto, acústica e localização, excelentes.

The second elevator was down during my entire stay. It took a long period of time to get to my room and down to the lobby.
