We arrived at noon for check-in, but no rooms were available; this is understandable. When we asked for them to hold our two small carry-on bags until we checked in, the young lady at the front desk said that there was "no room" left to hold bags. What? She repeated this several times and offered nothing other than - "no, we can't hold your bags". AC controller never worked therefore causing the room to be loud and cold. Reported the problem daily. The staff did respond and seemed caring but never got it fixed.
Got shocked bad plugging razor into bathroom GFI outlet that began to melt in the wall. Went down and told the front desk lately and she said don’t use that outlet anymore. I told her I was checking out and let and they still charged me for another day and won’t respond to my emails. Stay away!!!
Was not happy that we had ro wait 15 minutes to check in when we got there. Both mornings the breakfast area was dirty with no tables available to sit and had to find staff to ask for food since they were out of stuff.
We did not even stay there. There were homeless people sleeping outside of the main entrance. Over crowded lobby with people’s luggage stack out in the open. Three patrons were turning in room keys trying to get refunds and receipts when they didn’t even stay there. Saying the the rooms were gross and the staff were lowsy. My wife and kids felt unsafe and we had to stay in a hotel blocks away. They would not refund our money and we had to pay for two hotels. Hotel is old and shabby.
Run-down hotel. Luggage left in unlocked room; could've been stolen. Room wasn't very clean and bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No one picked up when I tried to set a wake-up call.
I got the “Expedia room” again. Wheelchair accessible. Felt like a basement closet. Tiny window overlooking filth. This hotel is pretty tired and feels a bit sketch.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has been incredibly frustrating. For two days in a row, our room was not cleaned — no housekeeping, no fresh towels, nothing. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was met with a completely indifferent response. I mentioned that our room hadn’t been cleaned the day before, and all I got was a dismissive, “Oh, give them time. It’s done every day before 5 PM.” Well, that didn’t happen. Again.
