お昼に到着して部屋の準備がまだとの事だったので荷物を預かって貰いました。きちんと名前を書いたナンバータグをつけてもらっていたので感心しました。部屋の広さは丁度良かったと思いますが、部屋に入った途端埃っぽさを感じました。入り口と反対側の全く陽の当たらない2階で、向かいのビルがすぐ目の前にあり下はゴミ捨て場という何とも言い難い部屋でした。リネン類がしわしわで洗濯をした感じを全く感じないくたびれたもので、しかも4日ほどベットにダニがいて噛まれて眠れませんでした。掃除は一日置きで一回綺麗にはしてもらいましたが大きなは変化無しでした。 最初からティッシュペーパーが殆どなかったので、廊下にいたハウスキーパーに尋ねたら 無いの一言で終わり。 アイスマシーンもありますが壊れていました。 廊下が狭く他の部屋の話し声は筒抜け。おまけにドアが重いのか⁈ものすごい音を立てて閉まるので、人の出入りが激しい朝と夜はドアの閉まる音が連続しうるさいです。 朝食は自分で焼くワッフル、マフィンやパン、オートミール、りんごにオレンジ、バナナのある日も！それに加え日替わりで卵料理はスクランブルエッグやオムレツ、またソーセージ、ベーコンなどがありました。毎日担当者によって内容が変わって... read more

If you have to scan your key card every time you enter the hotel's main entrance door, you know this place must have security issues. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The floors were dirty carpet and the wall papers were peeling. Breakfast area was musty and with the standard low budget basic food choices. This hotel also charged me for bottle waters that I did not drink. There's a deposit of $50 per night, so if you stay 4 nights $200 will be charged to your card when checking in. Safe to say I won't be returning.

As guest I feel I paid for the location. There is a fact: it's very close to all iconic attractions and public transit. Everything beyond that, it's terrible. Dirty and noisy area, only two busy elevators, small rooms, expensive parking lot, small dinning area, very limited breakfast menu, room gets clean every other day, etc, etc. I will definitely try another option on my next visit to NY.

Not worth the price. The breakfast was very poor. The elevators were too busy with long waiting time, about 10 minutes in the morning. There were stains on the sheets.
