Reserved and paid for a room with a Kings size bed and they didn't honor the reservation nor did they refund the difference. Customer service was horrible
Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de muchas atracciones. Si te gusta caminar puedes ir a la mayoría de los sitios sin coger transporte. El hotel está un poco antiguo pero está bien. La habitación tiene un buen tamaño y la cama es muy cómoda, el baño está bien aunque el lavabo es un poco incómodo. El aparato del aire acondicionado es un poco ruidoso. El personal es amable. First of all this review DOES NoT reflect on the staff, especially the front desk and especially Adel. They were great. I arranged to pay when I arrived and spoke with someone at the hotel to confirm. The day before we were to leave someone at the hotel attempted to charge my card and not the one I was going to use. I had to refuse the charge canceling that card and rendering it takes for the trip. There was no dresser. The rooms were ridiculously small. No one to put clothes. Not even room to unpack your luggage. Our toilet clogged multiple times. No toilet paper or soap. Our a/c stopped working at night.
Estupenda situación, resto negativo No lo recomiendo. Caro para sus características, limpian la habitación cada 2 días (te informan en recepción cuando haces el checking, aunque ya no puedes cambiar de hotel). Cuarto de aseo muy pequeño que apenas te caben las manos en el lavabo, aunque el armario de la ropa es todavía más diminuto, utilizamos una especie de puf para dejar la ropa porque cajones o estanterías nada de nada.
