Not considerate hotel management. Break-fast quality was not good. Most of the times there was delay in re-filling food items. Milk/creamer was not available for a couple of days, after requesting them in the kitchen they gave 2% Milk. There was a global outage due to crowdstrike issue, my flight was cancelled. I requested Hotels.com and Hotel staff to not charge me for 1 day when I couldn't reach to hotel, I had no cooperation from both parties.
Baaaddddd Bad customer service The breakfast area is always a mess and cold food
The room was average, but the bathroom was very small, and uncomfortable to move around, also the shower was super small. The room was overall clean, but the caulking of the shower had presence of mold. The quality and variety of the breakfast were very poor. The breakfast area was very small and difficult to move around. The oatmeal was cold for the most part, I think the pot was damaged as well as one of the wafer batter containers, the valve didn't work at least for the 7days we stay at the hotel.
There were ROACHES!!!!!!!!
This Hampton is in a reasonably quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to subway and train station. My room, however, is tiny: you can’t walk from bed to desk or safe without hitting the beds, wall or the ac unit. The sink and the vanity are so tiny that you can’t wash your face without spilling water or hitting the mirror! No microwave or fridge is provided. For a big hotel with 20 floors or so, the breakfast area is extremely small: there’s no room even to stand and move around if you go around 8 am.
