I was given the option to check virtually prior to the actual check in date and choose my room. I did but when we got to the hotel, the room i was given wasn’t the room i chose on the app. The receptionist was nice. That was probably the only good thing about this stay. When we got to our room, it was tucked away in a little corner. Which was fine. The room was ok. But the bathroom toilet was dirty. Had hair and dirty marks on the seat. Dated and in desperate need of an upgrdae
Although many towels were provided, some were yellow and dirty, came out with hair in between, some were so thin that it was about to rip. I asked for removing trash and left it outside the door, but never came to pick it up. It was still there with full trash! The sheets also had a smell.
Not very clean dining area

We were a family of 8 staying in 3 rooms, the ac controls were broken in 1 room, and there was no external thermostat, so we couldn’t adjust the ac, the room temp was fixed to 66 degrees. In one of the other rooms, the AC didn’t work the controls weren’t broken but when we decrease the temperature to 71°, the room would not get cold. It was about 76° in that room all the time. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. Only thing was breakfast was good.
