Lo único positivo la ubicación pero si te quieres gastar menos de la mitad vete a Queens que está muy cerquita en metro y vas a encontrar hoteles más cómodos baratos y espaciosos. Este Hampton no vale para nada para lo carísimo que es…en España hay Fondas y Hostales muchísimo mejores en todo

Not worth the price The hotel front desk staff was great but kitchen, breakfast staff wasn’t. Lots of items missing at the breakfast buffet like coffee, bread,eggs and bacon all at the same time during rush hour. Honestly if you’re going to serve such a poor breakfast please don’t offer it. My room was a premium room with complimentary water and snacks. I only got it on the day I was leaving. I don’t think this hotel is worth the price. The only realy good thing was the location.
Don’t stay here, seriously Really one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was absolutely useless. We stayed for 4 days and I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to clean and restock our room. They were refusing to clean it. And every day we had to listen while the cleaning staff cleaned the room next to ours. We couldn’t take showers since we had no soap or towels. We had a glitch when booking and accidentally booked a room twice. Expedia and The Hampton Inn refuse to credit the room accidentally booked. This is not acceptable especially among customers who use their services all the time.
