L'hotel é in una posizione comoda per visitare. Purtroppo gli ascensori all'interno dell'hotel sono un grosso problema. Si guastavano spesso e creavano un sacco di coda sia per salire che per scendere. La camera é piccola ma accessoriata con tutto.

Defekter Fahrstuhl (ja immer noch) Der zweite Fahrstuhl ist nach den Rezensionen schon sehr lange defekt, warum wird der bei einem 32 Stockwerken hohen Gebäude nicht sofort repariert. Die Zustände die dadurch entstehen sind unhaltbar. Die Lage ist super und die Zimmer sind OK für New York. Der Frühstücksraum zu klein aber egal.
Bed too soft
All good, but elevators…. The staff is really great as well the location of this hotel. It was my third time here, so i must complain about the elevator. I spent a week this opportunity and the elevator didn’t work properly. It doesn’t stop at my floor, 16th, so i must use downstairs, specially to go down.
At breakfast time the elevator is crowded and the shower water is weak and sometimes it is missing in the morning
