Excellent service
Nice hotel, good service, bathroom sink was plugged
in centrum Our room was small, definitely not for 4 people. No cleaning was done for our entire stay. ( 4 nights) Trash not taken out... We had to get the toilet paper ourselves from the maid. Breakfast sufficient.
Nous etions au 3eme etage au dessus de la climatisation de l'etablissement, cela etait donc très bruyant. Pendant 9 jours, les draps et les serviettes ont été changées 1 fois le menage vaguement fait. Les tables du breakfast n'etaient pas nettoyées entre différents clients. Un jeune homme charmant à l'acceuil et un monsieur au breakfast.
We would stay here again. The hotel, rooms and location were okay but we received excellent service from Jonathan! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay when the AC in our room wasn’t working. Top notch service from this employee! Huge hats off to him for an amazing customer experience. This was a great hire for your company and hotel! Thanks again Jonathan for taking care of your guests!!!
