Good things: clean, convenient to theater district, lots of food options/shopping very close by. Mediocre things: curt staff (mostly because they were overwhelmed with a long line though), key card stopped working half way through the second day (a little nerve wracking when we were told the doors locked at 11 and we would need it to get in), needs some updating (towel bar came off the wall, shower floor was rusty/stained), very small breakfast area (we didn't eat breakfast there but thought people should be aware --it is NY... read more

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room however was not up to par. Twice during our stay, there was no hot water and we could not take a shower, the toilet seat was broken and when we sat down, it came off the hinges, and during the morning, the elevator button didn’t work.
Hotel needs some updating in the halls. Rooms are good and sufficient.
Breakfast!! I like Hampton Inn because of the breakfast ^^ It serves hot and cold breakfast. It is not a fancy one but it is really good for the travelers. Also the location was perfect.
The location of the property is excellent. But the cleanliness of the rooms is poor and the hotel lobby had the air conditioning out of service.
