Rooms are to tiny. It cannot fit even two people and they provided accomodations for 4 people at very high rate. I paid $2200 for two nights with no service. No good breakfast options. This hotel needs a renovations, everything was so old and tiny
Dejé las maletas en la guardería en lo q era la hora del check in y cuando vuelvo como a las 7:00 hago el check in y cuando me entregan las maletas falta mi bulto personal!!.!. No aparecía por ningún lado y resulta ser que se lo dieron a otra persona!!.. Yo tengo problemas con el corazón y ahí es donde estaban todos mis medicamentos y cosas personales!!.. Y la actitud de la q estaba encargada era bien arrogante!!.. Nada al fin de cuenta las otras personas devolvieron el bulto al otro día!!.

No bugs and clean but very tired. Phones, doors, elevators and outlets don’t work
Staff is fantastic, they are doing miracles over there. The property lacks in maintenance. Only two elevators for over 30 floors of guests and staff/service. Mornings and evenings big time nightmare to wait for elevators. Staff tried to manage in a best way possible all the problems with elevators that were not working properly. We had to call to front desk to ask for elevators while not working. Rooms are small, shower liking, beds are bad!!! This is one of the worst hotel experience I ever had in my entire life, again being with Hilton group of companies. I stayed in many Hilton hotels, but this one is the worst. My room is not that cleaned, a dead dirty landline was provided(it's not working till the time of check out though I have complained many times at the reception). No tissue paper provided till my check out, No shower gel was provided till my check out(being complained many times).
