Nul la machine a dormir Le premier soir nous sommes arrivés à minuit (hôtel prévenu de notre arrivée tardive ), voyageant avec 2 mineurs j avais réservé une chambre pour 4 ! A notre arrivée plus de chambre pour 4 donc 2 chambre de 2 sur le même niveau au 28 ieme étage mais même pas l une à côté de l autre ! The check in was a breeze. However the stay was a different case. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. They moved us to another room but that room was worse. The main door didn’t shut close, there was an opening a gap about an inch which made us feel unsafe. Secondly we couldn’t use the fridge for two days because it didn’t close properly and built up a block of ice. The surrounding area is sketchy, a lot of homeless and drug users. The staff was friendly but the facility needs major improvement.

Not up to Hampton Inn standards We book Hampton Inn whenever possible as we have found the quality and comfort is always consistent. Unfortunately, this was not the case in Manhattan. I feel this was an older property that may have been sold and reopened with the name Hampton Inn, but the only consistent thing was the daily breakfast. The room was very small, almost too small for 2 queen beds and one side of each bed was pushed against either wall. Need the some improvement for cleaning mostly okay except of heating machine condition as my photo. It's too terrible. I've never seen this kind of dirty machine in the hotel. I had to wear the mask when I stay in the room my allergic rhinitis was worth than before.. I must be improved .that's why I wrote this status for other customers.
