Don’t have the room that I paid for
Worst Hilton property, the USB adapters and electric plugs were not working even after complaining they couldn’t . The breakfast is very nice though Not at all to the mark of Hilton standards
Pee drippings on toilet and room smelled like bleach upon entering. Breakfast was average. Location was good - close to Times Square. Overall, it was okay.

Old facility, dirty and room cramped. Its really outdated.
Staff are kind and clearly need more help , you aren’t staying in a 5 star but that does not mean that basic needs should be ignored !!! There is NO hot water in showers in the morning I tried each day at various times and spoke the girl with glasses on the front desk about it and never got fixed . There is only 2 lifts and the cleaning staff need to use them but during peak times you can wait 30 mins to get a lift up or down . We stayed for 8 nights and I asked for our room to be serviced and all that we got was towels chuc... read more
