We reserved and paid for a suite through Expedia but only received a regular room. Hotel did not have a suite available but would not refund the cost difference between a suite and regular room, which was about a $50 difference.
Hay muchos mejores
The shower was broken (I had to call a few times before anyone came to fix it). The door's bottom part (the part that blocks the noise) was not there so we could hear everything from the hallway at all times. The desk light kept flickering so I had to work with no desk light. And the internet kept getting disconnected.
Bad service . Lift not working
Long wait for elevator. Not clean. Long wait for parking valet. Overall bad experience.
