All kinds of issues with door keys not working wrong room number assigned only sorted on the third trip back down to the lobby. No one available to check out at 3am despite front door of hotel being open and unlocked. Lots of options on this block at this price point. Have stayed at them all. Frequent traveller to NYC 2x a month. This one is bottom of the list.
Stayed for three nights and the room was not clean when we arrived: gunk (someones dried spit) in the washroom sink, lipstick-mark on mirrors, previous room’s belongings (found scrunchies under my pillow). The shower door was completely broken and could not slide - we asked the front desk multiple times to check and a employee confirmed the shower door was broken but nothing could be done about it other than to physically lift the door while showering. Outlets in the Washroom were also not working.
Place was not that clean, old and dated. Breakfast area is too small for amount of people. But worst part is leaking shower not fixed and even worst was that during our five day stay we never hot water in our sink and only tried to fix on our last day but they were unsuccessful. This while always having water in sink.
Convenient location. Front of house staff were polite. This is a very run down, dated Hilton hotel in desperate need of renovation. No bar or restaurant. Breakfast choices are limited. Wifi is spotty. Unclean and housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. When asked a question, the housekeeper could not answer or understand as they didn't speak English which wasn't ideal. Não volto para este da Times Quarto com cheiro de cachorro molhado, escadas estavam fechadas e os elevadores sempre cheios. Sumiu duas sombrinhas do meu quarto e eles nem deram bola. Localização está horrível, da próxima vez ficarei mais para o centro, menos sujeira e drogados na rua. Fui em um hotel da mesma rede em Chicago e foi maravilhoso, mas este da Times não da.
