Breakfast was not sufficient, hotel room and lobby is too narrow. Room key did not work two times. Etc.

Intermittently during the day an elevator would stop working. This would create backups of 20+ people and long delay getting to your room. Some would resort to climbing the stairs but we were on a high floor. Next the shower water would randomly stop flowing shortly after you start showering. It was okay. The staff was nice. However my shower stopped working properly halfway through my stay and the place wasn’t worth the price I paid. Also the elevator broke one day and I had to walk up 16 flights of stairs.
No room services , no elevator , no breakfast , no wi fi very disappointed
Me había hospedado antes y muy buen, en esta ocasión terrible y para lo que cobran pésimo servicio el desayuno es un caos la habitación muy sucia limpiam cada 5 días , no tienden camas aún cuando lo solicitas , ya no ponen café todo el día y te de verdad decepcionante . Pésimo .
We were told to check in that since we had pre-booked with Expedia we would not be allowed to move our room from where it was placed. We also were not told we had to request room clean up for our overnight. When we asked for towels three separate times with an eight hour spans no towels were ever brought to our room. The hotel has way too many rooms and only two old elevators so we had to use the stairs multiple times from our eighth room floor. I stayed 5 days and no room service. Key card I have to change every night. I called the front desk and I asked for towel, no one brought the towel till next day. Worst ever experience in Hilton brand hotel.
Didn't like any single thing.
