This is THE WORST car wash! You could drive through 10 times and your car would still be dirty after. The "pre spray" does absolutely nothing and neither do the neon lights or soap. For the amount you pay, the least they could do is actually clean your car. Don't waste your time or your money, you're better off going somewhere else.

Good car wash Good price. Waiting for them to contact us about a decal the machine ripped off the grill of our Toyota. They are not answering the phone and they have not called me. Hope they get this resolved soon and they take responsibility love going to this place.

I was told that there was a Memorial Day Sale and that I would receive a month of unlimited car washes for $10. I extensively asked the person working there if this membership would auto-renew and was told that it would not. I was told that when my $10 month was over, the next time that I came through the car wash, I would be asked if I wanted to continue onto a monthly subscription. Half my truck didn't get washed for $17. Too long of a line to bother going through again. I've never had a "great" car wash here, not sure why I keep going back. Maybe it isn't made for trucks.

I really like this car wash in Petaluma! It's very affordable & the wash left my car nice & clean. They have self service vacuums & even provide drying rags, they have this cool car mat cleaner $ separate glass rags & spray. The staff are friendly & ready to help & they provide small water bottles for you to take with you! This will definitely be one of my go to car washes!

I have had the opportunity to use Happy's Drive Thru Carwash a couple of times. I usually get the medium rate wash, the end result is good for an automatic car wash. What I like about Happy's Drive-Thru Carwash is what they offer: Vacuums to clean the interior, clean rags to dry your car, a mat cleaner, and they even have a cold water bottle fridge for clients!

Easy to use, just drive in, pay at kiosk, but sometimes someone is there to help, then ride thru car wash. Also can park and use the vacuum to clean inside car. Quality is good for an automated wash, I guess the value is good, don't use it very often to compare with other places.

Five star review specifically for Jasmar who demonstrated exceptional customer service. He was able to succintly describe their different packages without any pressured upselling. I thought something may have flown off my car during the wash and Jasmar immediately offered to check inside the tunnels to look for them. After I said it was my first visit, he took time to familiarize me with their additional and free services; mat washers, towels, vacuums, and cold water bottles. I used to go to another car wash in San Jose, so when I moved to the area here and saw there was only one location in the local area that had a monthly subscription and was an automated wash, I figured they probably had a monopoly of the area and did whatever they wanted.
