Absolutely love the ease, cleanliness and affordability of a great car wash at Happy's...and Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Chaz ... he's always there rain or shine coldest weather or the hottest weather and he's always got a smile on his face I deal with a public quite a bit and anyone else who does knows it's difficult. Chaz, however keeps his composure and is very inspiring I hope they recognize your talent Chaz and no matter what you do...It's obvious you will be a success!

I took my car for a wash here. Only half of the car washed. I noticed this when vacuuming the car. I went back and told the person working there. He sent me back in, but this time I watched what's happening. The flappers were somehow hanging. I went back and told the same guy. He said the only thing he can do is send me back. This would have yielded the same results. I told him I don't want to go and I don't want my money back just make sure to check it so it doesn't happen to others. I am looking at some of these reviews that are negative. I don't understand. I am here twice a week washing my car. Has there been soapy film left on it, yes a couple times, does the dryer not work sometimes completely? Yes once in a while, things malfunction, that's life! But they are always friendly and willing to re-wash the car Or make it right, so I don't see the problem there. Incredible customer service! It's very rare you get quality customer care in this day and age. Alex was extremely upbeat, genuine, kind, and knowledgeable of what's to offer at this Carwash. I will definitely be back because of his incredible service. Thanks again Alex!!!

Happys Drive Through Car Wash is the BEST! The prices are fair and i am always satisfied with how clean my car is after the drive through. The self vacuums work very well. I especially love the staff. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and polite. The staff actually greet you with a smile and wish you a great day. Choose Happys!!! : )

The car wash never completely washes the soap off your car nor does it dry it completely. The vacuums NEVER work! I have to change stations every single time at least 3 times until I find a vacuum station that works! My custom license plate never gets read by the machine, so I have to wait in line for help every single time! They say they put it into the system to register next time and it never does. It used to be better but after changing to "Happy Wash" I've been disappointed every time!

I didn't like how the employee had to touch my phone to get the free car wash. Like I don't know where your hands have been. YUCK! Then when going in the car wash, the guy spraying down the car ONLY did the left side of car. He completely didn't do the right side. I remember when it was the other company they had 2 people on each side spraying the car down before you go in. Ya'll got to change those 2 things. The car was itself was decent, but because of those 2 things I won't be returning.

Things are not the same since they got new equipment. The dry roller has often not working and now the machines are bending the rearview mirrors back against the car. This can be a danger if you don't notice it until you get back on the freeway and try to change lanes. I'll give them another few months to get their act together, but if not, I'll start looking for another car wash in Petaluma.
