Family event; requested location Pros: Great staff; casual 'elegance'; no pretenses; very friendly. Cons: Most hotels always have VERY soft pillows. It would be great if at least one 'extra' pillow was a firmer style/variety. Location: It was off-season when we visited (end of March) so unfortunately a lot of 'usual' Vineyard activities were closed. Wonderful staff; warmly welcomed; very relaxed, but since this was slightly "off-season" we were expecting and hoping for this kind of attitude...we weren't disappointed. Nice ro... read more

A New England Beauty Location: Pubs and shopping close by. Yatch club across the street. Beautiful building and surrounding neighborhood. The beach in front of the hotel is a pleasure to walk on a sunny day such as what we had. Great Sunday brunch and extraordinary service.
Charming but... Cons: Laundry service. And ocean view should be interpreted carefully, the hotel has small windows. This hotel is charming. No laundry service was surprising, however, given the price.
Excellent Place My wife and I made a quick trip to Martha’s Vineyard to visit family. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. No complaints or problems. We arrived late in the evening and the woman at the front desk helped us find one of the few restaurants that were open late in January. Yes, I would stay there again.
Best spot on the island very friendly employees and a great Sunday brunch not to be missed.
Very cozy, very comfortable with a lovely breakfast to start out the day.
